Later on, families can enjoy a unique experience at the park by taking a ride up
in a hot air balloon to enjoy breath-taking views of Columbia County. Tickets can be purchased for hot air balloon rides on
site.
'Pig Toss' is just one of the family field day activities being presented by Abilene Baptist Church
There will be vendors galore serving up all of your favorite summer time food fare so don't forget to bring your appetite! From
the traditional hamburgers and hot dogs to award winning BBQ and delicious, thirst-quenching homemade
summertime lemonade there is certain to be something for everyone as well as plenty of frozen treats to keep you cool! ***Although food vendors will be on site, coolers are allowed for this
event only.***
The
day will be capped off at dark with a stunning display of fireworks and
Patriotic music. For this event, we
ask that you leave your pets at home as loud noises tend to frighten them.
So
gather your family and friends, bring your blankets, chairs, coolers, and some
spare cash for snacks and fun activities (ATM Machines will be on site), and bring them out to Evans Towne
Center Park for a 4th of July celebration that you will surely not forget!
